The white structure at the very top is above the main fire control complex. The white tower highest up is on a flat spot between the two sets of stairs. You can just make out some little white dots that are people circled in red. Halfway to the right edge of the picture and lower down are two small vertical concrete posts also circled in red. Those are part of the winch landing supports, that's where this series of photos will end.
