A good shot of the trail at that last switchback. It's uneven and is covered with scattered loose dirt, gravel and small rocks. The bars for the camouflage netting are in place and you can see how they curved the pipe railings then drilled the ends into the rockface. The chainlink fencing is almost certainly not 50 [or 100) years old. But the pipes would date from at least World War II, and maybe from the original construction back just before World War I.
