The dark lines in the two circles are the two big staircases. The lower one is the 79 steps up to the first tunnel, the white spot is someone on the stairs. The upper one is the big staircase between the tunnel and the Fire Control Station. The tower next to the upper circle is next to the upper observation point. Directly above the upper stairs is the top of the Fire Control Station. Keep this image in mind.
